My name is Sonia Guilfoos and I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a license in clinical/mental health social work. I am Latina and first-generation Mexican American. I specialize in brain spotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, and intergenerational trauma, and I use a variety of approaches to help my patients meet their goals. I am well versed in 12-step recovery work, shadow work, and inner child healing. I am very comfortable treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, intergenerational trauma, low self-worth, and addictions. Currently, I prefer working with adults, not couples.
