We all stumble sometimes— it's a part of being human. Feelings like anxiety, despair, anger, grief, and loneliness aren’t signs that something is “wrong”; they’re natural, understandable responses to the complexity of being alive. Therapy offers a space to feel seen in these experiences and invites you to explore what a life of meaning might look like for you. Your presence, exactly as you are, is all that’s required to get started. I take a generalist approach, which means I work with many types of challenges. Whatever brings you here, we can work through it together. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe to express your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement, so you can better understand yourself, feel more at ease, and create meaningful change.
