My ideal clients are children, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed by their emotions or disconnected from others. Many struggle with anxiety, depression, or trauma and want to better understand themselves and their relationships. I offer a calm, understanding space where clients can feel safe to open up and learn tools to manage stress and build confidence. Together, we work toward balance, hope, and empowerment to move forward with a stronger sense of self.
