I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes healing happens through connection—with others, yourself, and your story. Rooted in Relational-Cultural Theory, I see growth as happening in relationships, not isolation. As a bisexual South Asian woman and child of immigrants, I understand the complexity of navigating multiple identities, which informs my approach. I’m passionate about decolonization in therapy, challenging systemic structures that affect mental health. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Adlerian, Psychodynamic, and DBT techniques to help you see yourself through a new lens and feel seen, understood, and empowered.
