English | español Therapy is a challenging step to take, so I would like to introduce you to a different perspective of therapy. Growing up we learn how to care for our wellbeing. We may go through life taking care of our physical health, hygiene, and any injuries that may occur, but how much do we tend to the rest of what makes us who we are- our thoughts and emotions? I welcome you to care for all of your wellbeing. Including your mental health. I've worked in the healthcare system and community supporting people experiencing domestic violence, rape, and crisis. I've sat with people who have lost a loved one and youth in juvenile detention centers. I regularly work with people on their anxiety, depression, and relationships. Together, my clients and I build on the strengths they already have.
