I am a New York State licensed psychotherapist (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) offering individual and couples therapy using cognitive behavioral (CBT), humanistic and mindfulness-based therapy techniques. My client-specific counseling approach integrates these evidence-based principles of psychology to help clients manage problems, make healthy transitions and engage in self-discovery.
