I help hardworking professionals who are struggling with past trauma to overcome their symptoms and improve their personal relationships. A traumatic experience takes many forms, including but not limited to: a move to a new country, a break-up, an abusive work environment, or a crime related trauma including domestic violence, sexual assault, and neglect. These traumatic experiences can feel like they're happening over and over even when you're not currently in them, leading to fear and lack of trust. You deserve better than that.
