What matters to you is where therapy starts. Perhaps you - or your child - are going through a stressful time and daily life has come to feel heavy. Maybe you're focussed on someone important to you and you're not sure how to help them. All of this is what therapy is about. I help children ages 5 to 12 AND people age 17 and up cope with loss, anxiety, life challenges, and mood difficulties. I use EMDR, cognitive therapy, somatic approaches, and play therapy.
