I work with teens and young adults who are navigating the transition to adulthood. This moment brings up big questions: Who do I want to be? Where am I headed? It can be overwhelming, but it's also the moment to invest in support to move skillfully into the next phase. You can feel capable of handling challenges, have a solid sense of self, and know what you want out of life. I appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with parents. While your child's session is confidential, I offer parent consultation sessions to problem-solve tough parenting moments, or invite you to join their sessions to communicate more honestly. Adolescence can be uniquely challenging, but it is also a time of enormous opportunity. I use mindfulness-based principles to foster greater self-awareness, and practice from a strengths-focused perspective. I wholeheartedly believe that you have the wisdom to craft a meaningful life, and am honored to be a mirror so that you can see yourself clearly.
