If you’ve grown up navigating multiple worlds - culture, family, identity - you may have learned to stay silent to keep the peace, be the "strong one," or put others first. But now you feel burned out, disconnected, or unsure of where you truly belong. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, with a particular focus on developmental and relational trauma, children of immigrants, and People of the Global Majority (BIPOC). Many of my clients are cycle-breakers who are ready to start unlearning survival patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves.
