Childhood, adolescence, and parenting all come with their own challenges. Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel heard and to have the skills to navigate these challenges. When one member of a family is struggling, everyone is impacted. I have a unique understanding of the complexities of family dynamics as well as how symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD may present in all ages. I aim to help children and teens develop coping skills and to provide support to adults navigating parenting challenges and co-parenting conflict. I specializes in working with children and teens experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and mood dysregulation. I have experience providing individual and family therapy, parent coaching, as well as couples therapy focusing on co-parenting. Additionally, I am trained in SPACE to help parents support their child in the treatment of anxiety and OCD.
