I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I am fully bilingual and happy to provide services in Spanish. I fully believe that therapy is a personal decision and if you are looking to talk to someone about anything because nothing makes sense, or because you need some guidance, you've come to the right place. My approach to therapy is quite eclectic and what I mean by that is, that therapy is not a 'one size fits all' and each session will bring its own unique need since life is fluid and things happen. As a therapist, I am always open to following your lead in this process as I learn more about you.
