I am a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee with Life Practice Counseling Group, a non-profit training facility under the supervision of Carisa Sherwood, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (license number 48768). I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, the Queer community, the Neurodivergent community, immigrants, and clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, identity exploration, difficult life-transitions, or general life challenges. I also really enjoy helping couples and families to build communication and connection skills.
