I'm direct and kind, as we co-create an action plan that uses time tested techniques and a genuine relationship to heal. My clients are resilient trauma survivors and high-achieving professionals. I provide insight based on successful research (CBT, EMDR, Existential Therapy, Positive Psychology). I am trained in art therapy and as a mindfulness teacher, including, MBSR. I am the author of a memoir about healing from trauma, supported by a Hedgebrook Residency, querying literary agents.
