At sonny wellness center, we are licensed therapists, Certified Clinical Trauma Professionals, and black and hispanic woman with lived experience. We specialize in racial identity, childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and helping couples manage relationship conflict, communication issues, and emotional intimacy. As individual and couples therapists, we specialize in supporting individuals and couples of color on their journey toward healing, emotional well-being and reconnection.
