Hello! My name is Sonya Adams, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My focus areas include; trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I believe you are the expert on your experiences, and I look forward to helping you reach your goals! I enjoy helping clients develop their goals for therapy and then meet those goals. I have previously worked with high-acuity clients; many of these clients were challenged with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or Suicidal thoughts (ideation).
