I am here to help you stop running and start living! Your healing is a journey that needs a strong co-pilot! I specialize in deep trauma work (emotional, sexual, spiritual, relational, and physical) when other types of therapy have not worked for you. I use Pia Melody’s Trauma Models to better understand your developmental immaturity and unconscious triggers. I work to strengthen that inner voice inside of you to help you find your healing your way. I use techniques I learned working with world renowned professionals at The Meadows including being fully trained in EMDR, (EMDRIA) a trauma resolution technique.
