Hi, I’m Sonya and I'm happy you’re here. Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, but you’ve taken the first – and most difficult – step! Whatever challenges you may be facing in life, I offer a compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I will partner with you to address depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, disordered eating behaviors, substance use, adjustment issues, and life transitions.
