Greetings, I'm Sonya. I understand there are times that we sometimes feel that we have lost our sense of self. On a journey but not sure which turn to make. Feeling anxious, confused, sad, angry. Maybe confiding in friends, watching self-help Tik Toc segments but still not feeling ok? I have a calm and accepting presence that allows me to be relatable and build rapport with my clients. I provide a space where there in no judgement, an environment of calmness and peace so that clients feel supported and heard. A space you can process, be supported, guided, challenged and validated to meet your goals. Together we will evaluate and process situations that are impacting your life. I will empower you to develop and implement strategies that can be beneficial in all aspects of your life.
