My path into mental health was inspired by my desire to help others achieve a life of fulfillment and balance. I learned that sexuality, gender identity, self expression and relationship intelligence are importance concepts when identifying individual life satisfaction. These topics can often times be taboo to discuss in our society, leading to feelings of guilt/shame, increased isolation and loneliness. My goal is to normalize these conversations and therapy.
