Healing happens when you feel safe enough to be real. I work with adults and couples who are healing from past experiences that continue to impact emotional well-being, relationships, or sense of safety. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and nervous system–informed care. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can better understand their emotional patterns, build regulation and resilience, and strengthen connection. When desired, sessions can thoughtfully incorporate personal values, meaning-making, or spiritual perspectives alongside clinical best practices.
