Sonya Young, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of California (PSY 34909). Dr. Young enjoys working with a variety of issues and concerns including, but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, spiritual concerns, grief and loss, and self-harm behaviors. She is experienced in working with all age groups, but specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Young is collaborative in her therapeutic approach and seeks to personalize treatment based upon the needs and wants of each individual.
