As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health. My therapeutic approach is strengths based, integrative, and tailored to meet the needs of each individual. I offer individual therapy, parent support, and family therapy. My goal is for therapy to be a safe space where you are accepted, and feel validated and safe.
