I especially enjoy working with couples navigating difficulties with communication and connection. I use an attachment lens, acknowledging that our most intimate relationships bring up intense emotions. I focus on creating the conditions to increase safety and authentic vulnerability so partners can connect in new ways. When working with individuals, I welcome all parts of you - your daily anxieties, transformations and realizations, grief, relationships, pleasure, and trauma.
