Hello, my name is Sophia Burton. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience. My approach to therapy is to provide you with emotional support as you navigate the challenges of life. In a non-judgmental and compassionate space, we will explore your strengths, challenges, and patterns of behavior. We will identify where you would like to make changes and will set goals to work toward those changes. Every person is unique and for this reason, my preferred approach to working with individuals is Eclectic Therapy.
