My work centers performers, artists, content creators, sex workers, LGBTQIA+ folks, and others living at the intersections of systemic stress, personal healing, and bold self-expression. My orientation is deeply trauma-informed, rooted in social justice, and responsive to the lived experiences of clients facing complex adversity. With a background in the arts and bodywork, I also incorporate expressive Art Therapy and Somatic Embodiment practices to help clients reconnect with their inner world, build resilience, and find agency in their healing journey.
