Our suffering and our joy can feel like mysteries to us; why do I feel this way, why do I keep making certain choices, and how do I change the things I want to change? My belief is that at our root, we are exactly who we are supposed to be, and that changes we desire come incrementally through a process of self-acceptance, compassion, and relating to one another. My approach centers the relationship in the room while making space for your full context. I have a particular passion for working with sex workers, organizers, LGBTQ+ and kinky people, non-monogamous people, teens, and men deconstructing masculinity.
