I work with couples, women 50+, and especially enjoy working with young adults (18-25) who are navigating life’s transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My clients may be exploring their identities, facing communication struggles, managing anxiety, or seeking clarity in their relationships and life choices. As an LGBTQ ally, I provide a safe and affirming space where all individuals and partnerships—both conventional and unconventional—feel seen and respected. Young adulthood is a time of self-discovery, and I support clients in building confidence, resilience, and deeper connections with themselves and others.
