I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, panic attacks, neurodiversity, sexuality (LGBTQ+ affirming), complex trauma and PTSD. I am especially passionate about supporting survivors of sexual violence and suicide loss survivors. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, though I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. I will meet you where you’re at, and we will work together as a team throughout the therapy process.
