As a clinician with extensive experience working with children of diverse ages, socio-economic backgrounds, races, and ethnicities, I am equipped to help children recognize early signs of mental health challenges, build awareness, self-regulate emotions, and develop confidence. My approach incorporates evidence-based, expressive modalities such as play therapy, sand tray, and art therapy. These hands-on techniques are adaptable to meet each child's unique needs and goals. In individual sessions, I cater each session to meet children where they are, setting realistic and attainable goals utilizing several different modalities.
