The folks I work with want to reclaim their voice, break away from unhelpful patterns, heal from abuse, reparent their inner child, and heal their ancestral lineages through a body-centered and anti-oppressive approach. My areas of focus are trauma resolution, oppression trauma, ancestral healing work, neurodivergence, and relational difficulties. I am passionate about supporting the intersectionality of queer, trans, people of color, and children of immigrants. I utilize somatic experiencing, internal family systems (IFS), EMDR, relational, and solution-based approaches. My approach is warm, compassionate, experiential, consent-based, and direct. Therapy is always centered around you and your needs. I prioritize holistic therapy that is rooted in resisting and healing the impacts of oppression.
