I often find that clients come to me when they realize that something in their life isn’t working, even though they might not yet be able to put it into words. Perhaps they struggle with anxiety or low mood; maybe it's more about difficult family or relationship dynamics, or the pressures of parenting or other kinds of caregiving. They want to feel better, but they are also seeking to increase self-understanding, to feel freer, and to be able to make choices that reflect who they truly are.
