My work is focused on individuals who are struggling in their day to day functioning as they move through life transitions, whether that be graduating from High School, starting a new job, suffering the loss of a loved one, or battling a mental health/substance use diagnosis with few coping strategies. You may be apprehensive of seeking help but have an understanding that your anxiety, trauma or mental health is impacting your thinking patterns and daily functioning. In reaching out for therapy, you are taking the first step in acknowledging a desire to explore change in your thinking, habits and patterns.
