I am a graduate-level counseling intern in my final year at Adler University. Adler's focus on social systems and oppression and how they interact with wellness is central to my practice. I work primarily with adults who are navigating challenges in feeling fulfilled and empowered in their lives. As a biracial therapist who is the child of immigrants, identity and values work has played a large role in my own growth, and I especially enjoy exploring these with my clients. Areas of specialization include grief work, trauma processing, and working with anxiety and depression.
