I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Tucson, Arizona. I am a Certified through ICEEFT as an Emotionally Focused Therapist. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which uses a body-oriented approach for the healing of trauma and other stress disorders, founded by Dr. Peter Levine. Somatic Experiencing is about creating more choice - body, mind & spirit.
