I specialize in working with children and teenagers to provide them a comfortable space to be authentically themselves. I have experience working with clients of all ages navigating life transitions, grief, anger, and familial stress. My hope is to be an extension of my clients support system as they move through lifes natural transitions, finding healthier ways to express themselves while offering unconditional positive regard, empathy, and a listening ear. I love working with clients who are curious about their behaviors and want to learn more about themselves as they navigate their personal mental health journey!
