I am a doctor of clinical social work, board certified in oncology care, whose goal it is to provide a compassionate space for therapy. In my many years of experience in cancer care in a healthcare setting, my work has afforded me the opportunity to support individuals, families, and loved ones through life threatening and life-limiting illness, trauma, grief, loss, existential distress, and the search for meaning in the face of adversity. In life, there is suffering for us all in different ways and we can perhaps find meaning in the pain, purpose in the loss, and comfort through the journey.
