I specialize in supporting tweens, teens, and young adults as they navigate life transitions, identity, trauma, and family roles and relationships. I enjoy helping clients develop meaningful connections with others, heal and process trauma, build healthy self-image, and expand their coping habits to live a fuller life. My ideal client is someone aged 12+ who may feel like they don’t belong, want to feel more confident, strengthen their relationships, manage harmful behaviors, and heal from their past. My therapeutic style is rooted in a trusting therapeutic relationship, where my client feels known, encouraged, and respected. I have experience with and passion for working with a variety of presenting problems including anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD/Neurodivergence, body image issues, LGBTQ+ stress and substance use. I also have advanced training in trauma treatment, including EMDR. I offer a nonjudgmental space in which clients are both fully accepted and gently challenged.
