I am experienced in working with adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and relationships concerns. I believe we are on this earth to connect, explore and grow. Along each of our life’s journey we cannot escape suffering and our emotions. As a therapist, I feel privileged to hear each client’s story and support them in their self-exploration and growth. I recognize the importance of understanding how inequity and intersectionality shape your therapy. I believe healing begins when all parts of you can be seen, heard and valued.
