I bring a warm, direct, and grounded presence to my work and specialize in supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders/disordered eating, perfectionism, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and affirming, with a strong commitment to honoring complexity and nuance in each person’s experience. With a deep understanding of the unique stressors tied to military life, athletic identity, and high-achieving environments, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves and reclaiming agency in their lives. I have experience across multiple levels of care—IOP, PHP, residential treatment, and college counseling centers. These experiences have shaped my holistic and person-centered approach to care, especially when working with individuals impacted by past trauma, interpersonal stress, and challenges in their relationship with food, control, and self-worth.
