Connection is one of the most powerful forms of healing. Whether you are feeling isolated, stressed, or overwhelmed in your life, healing often begins with sharing the burden with another person. You’ve taken the first and sometimes the hardest step towards starting therapy. I’m glad you’re here. I am a queer therapist and it brings me joy to work with my queer community. I work with people who hold intersecting identities and have a wide range of experiences including feeling stuck, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, difficulty connecting, dysphoria/euphoria, polyamory/ENM/CNM, trauma, & mood changes.
