About

My clients are teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns and relationship challenges. They often feel overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward in life and want to better understand how their past experiences shape their present. Together, our sessions will include working toward clarity, relief and a stronger sense of self and purpose. I also support parents and families as they face the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood, rebuild trust and strengthen communication. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space grounded in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Our work together will deepen self-understanding and build tools for meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me blends insight and practical support.
