Hello, I’m Sophie (she/her), a therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults! My specialization is in anxiety and OCD, and I am also passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals across all ages. I enjoy supporting individuals in building self esteem, self advocacy, and developing healthy relationships with others.
