My practice may be a great fit for you if you are motivated to explore and address the impacts of trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, sleep concerns, and/or relationship challenges on your life. For example, you might want to feel more present and worry less. Or, you wish to focus on the future rather than feel stuck reliving a past negative experience. Maybe you're longing to feel well-rested instead of struggling to fall or stay asleep. You know yourself best, and that at times, we can all benefit from guidance as we navigate challenges. I offer a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you work towards your goals.
