About
I work with people who are struggling with self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, work, life transitions, sexual/gender identity concerns and many other issues. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool to help make sense of difficult emotions, gain clarity in relationships with oneself and others, and cultivate greater self-acceptance. I have significant clinical experience with LGBTQ+-identified individuals and serve clients all across the gender and sexuality spectrums, on issues both related and unrelated to these identities. I provide a safe space to explore both present-day difficulties and formative past experiences, so that you may develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the barriers that stand in the way of contentment and wellbeing. By looking at your patterns of relating, we will explore how they were formed and how to change them when they no longer serve you.
