I work with individual adults, children and families helping them develop healthy, growing relationships with one another, addressing blockages in family dynamics and helping individuals deal with relationship problems, as well as depression and anxiety. I utilize mindful self reflection and facilitate inner growth through reparative interpersonal experience and respectful collaboration in the safety of a therapeutic setting. Together we will learn new tools for positive conflict resolution, effective communication and expand the capacity of human relatedness.
