You survived something that should never have happened to you. Maybe it was recent. Maybe it was years ago. Either way, you're still carrying it—in your body, in your relationships, in the moments you feel unsafe even when you're safe. I work with women including teen girls and young women dealing with: Domestic violence or intimate partner abuse, sexual assault or sexual abuse (recent or childhood), complex trauma and PTSD, healing after leaving an abusive relationship, rebuilding trust and safety in relationships, breaking cycles of unhealthy relationship patterns, trauma-related anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
