I believe therapy is a place for exploration free from judgment, shame, and stigma. I’ve always cared deeply about the wellbeing of others, which is why I strive to create a collaborative environment where clients can work on goals they set for themselves while feeling seen and heard. I believe in the importance of holding space for clients to identify their strengths and seek personal empowerment. I take a psychodynamic approach because most presenting problems stem from larger themes and patterns in our lives, which is why it is pertinent to explore these. At times, I might ask hard questions, but I will always take your lead.
