I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adolesents and their families. For the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to support my clients with issues primarily around trauma, anxiety, depression, aggression, substance abuse and family conflict. I have noticed success in developing trust and rapport with adolescents by meeting them “where they are at.” I try to provide the opportunity for flexibility in what a therapy session may look like- let's meet for a walk, hang at a park, grab some food- let's figure out what works.
