My name is Sora Yoon, LMFT and art therapist. My approach is person-centered, and I utilized modalities of treatment that will match your specific needs whether that is a behavioral approach (DBT, RO DBT, MBCBT, ACT) or psychodynamic and or trauma-focused (CPP). I also incorporate creativity into my approach with art therapy, sandtray, and other expressive arts. My communication style is warm, inviting, providing unconditional positive regard, strength-based, empathetic, and direct when a crisis or seriousness of situation needs to be communicated.
